Welcome…
My name is Paula, and my aim is to support you in deeper relaxation, better sleep and to share tools for self regulating tensions and managing anxiety for better coping skills with the stresses of modern life.
My love of nature, and the tranquility it offers has been a well I return to time and time again, to find balance and grounding in my life.
The sounds of nature always so soothing and timeless, have inspired me to learn a skill set, and keep studying to facilitate a tranquil environment where clients can restore, be nurtured and feel replenished even indoors in an Urban environment.
I’ve explored many modalities, studied with ground breaking teachers and musicians who are elevating, and expanding on historic modalities in sound, breath work, vocalizing, yoga, meditation and Sufi whirling.
These studies, and my desire to facilitate tranquility are what inspire me to create soundscapes for meditation, relaxation and daydreaming.

Paula is trained and certified in the field of therapeutic sound, trauma informed somatic practices, and Hatha Yoga. For the past eight years, she has shared her work internationally at renowned spas and retreat centers, Seattle Veterans Hospital, University Kansas City Medical Center, and upscale retirement communities.
As a sound artist she has co created with fine and performance artists providing soundscapes for their installations in Seattle at On The Boards and Town Hall Seattle. The Nerman Museum of Art in Kansas City, and Konstfrämjandet Uppland, in Uppsala Sweden.
