Soft Fascination : Research

The phenomenon of reflection and introspection prompted by spending time in nature and participating in less stimulating activities. Hard fascination is when we participate in watching say Netflix’s or sports. This is part of the research done for ART Attention Restoration Theory by Rachel and Stephen Kaplan in the 1980s.
