Jeff will guide you through a slow, mindful yoga flow incorporating asana, pranayama and meditation as Paula provides a visceral healing soundscape with her 18 Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls. We will end with an extended Sound Meditation savasana which will take you further into the sound current allowing for deep relaxation and rejuvenation. The combination of yoga and sound will help bring movement and balance to your Qi ( life force) and guide your mind/body/heart toward self healing.
