Learn about the power of Intention Setting, using and harnessing the natural energy’s of Moon phases. Align yourself to your higher purpose, and release what does not. My aim is to assist you in the following.

After the Intention Setting you will receive an hour long Sound Journey.

This is a two part workshop. It would be most beneficial if you can attend both session, but if you choose you can attend them separately.

Workshop beings at 7PM , ending about 9pm

Energy Exchange $80 for both sessions, $45 individually

Limited to 10 participants.

Paper & pens provided for the Intention setting practice, you are also welcome to bring your journal.

Please wear comfortable clothing for sitting and drawing and for the Sound Journey.

I will be serving a selection of Herbal non caffeinated organic Chesser Roe Tea ‘Truly Remarkable Teas” for your enjoyment.

This workshop will be held in a private loft space at the Hiawatha Art Space on Hiawatha. There is free street parking, though you will need to plan on extra time to get a parking space. Full Address provided upon booking. Wheelchair Accessible.
