Dear Ones,
In a world interrupted it is more important than ever to practice Meditation and mindfully connect.
So in lieu of gathering together for my weekly sessions, I am adapting for the month of April, and sharing my sessions online via Crowdcast. It seems to be an easy platform to use and you do not need to download anything.
Click this PORTAL to access the Online Session, once they are aired Live, select sessions will be available for replay.
Follow my Crowdcast Channel HERE.
If you are able to make a donation you have three ways to do so. For processing fee free donations please use these links to my PayPal & Vemno . Or use Stripe on Crowdcast.
For better sound and sensation, wear headphones or connect your phone or computer to your sound system. But please don't have the volume to loud. Take care of your precious hearing.
To prepare for your Virtual Sound Meditation please set up a comfortable space where you can relax and be comfortable. Use blankets, pillows to create a soft and supported place to lay down. Putting something under your knees is helpful to relax your lower back. Have something to cover your eyes if you want to block out the light.
If you have animals try to place them in another room so that they do not disturb you. When you are in a deep state of relaxation they have a tendency to poke you to make sure you are okay. If being separate from you causes them distress try to get them to settle in next to you.
If you have children that are at the fidgety age, give them some paper and something to draw with and tell them that this is a time of no talking, it is a time for being quite and being with oneself.
“The Harvard Medical School said in its latest health guideline that, yoga, meditation and controlled breathing are recommended to address anxiety issues related to the novel coronavirus that has now spread fast across America."
Let me know if you have any questions. I am also available for Virtual Private and 1:1 Sessions .
