Sunday March 14th * Online Sound Meditations via Crowdcast

Hello Sound Voyager,

I am again offering weekly online Sound Meditations for the month of March on Sundays.

5pm West Coast

8pm East Coast

These sessions will be 45 minutes long. The themes will vary, but the intention is to cap off the weekend with some self care and introspection to prepare for a good nights sleep, and the week to come.

All sessions are sliding scale, this Sunday has the option to attend for free, if you are unable to contribute financially. I always have options for all to attend. I have a back log of session on Crowdcast available free of charge to use when you wish.

Prepare for your session

For better sound and sensation, wear headphones or connect your phone or computer to your sound system. But please don't have the volume to loud. Take care of your precious hearing.

To prepare for your Virtual Sound Meditation please set up a comfortable space where you can relax and be comfortable. Use blankets, pillows to create a soft and supported place to lay down. Putting something under your knees is helpful to relax your lower back. Have something to cover your eyes if you want to block out the light.

If you have animals try to place them in another room so that they do not disturb you. When you are in a deep state of relaxation they have a tendency to poke you to make sure you are okay. If being separate from you causes them distress try to get them to settle in next to you.

If you have children that are at the fidgety age, give them some paper and something to draw with and tell them that this is a time of no talking, it is a time for being quite and being with oneself.
