Sound *Light* Journey is returning to Lund with a Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowl Universe created to stimulate and support the Solar Plexus, Heart and Root Chakra Energy Centers.

What a beautiful way to brighten up the dark winters months in the lands of the North.

Paula will be joined by Nikki Lee who will be offering Reiki.

The Sound Journey lasts about 55 minutes and is infused and supported with Reiki as Paula not only is a trained Sound Practitioner, she also is a USUI Reiki II practitioner who infuses her Sound Journeys with Universal Life Force Energy of the waxing crescent phase of the Moon guiding us to release, replenish and reset our focus.

This evening will be centered on Self Love. There will be a guided meditation for connecting with your heart and Universal Love Energy. Self Love is the foundation of everything.

If we cannot truly love ourselves and be compassionate with ourselves, how can we possibly extend Unconditional Love for others?
